Programul de prevenire \u0219i interven\u021bie \u00eempotriva traficului de persoane<\/strong>\u00a0al Serviciului de Ajutor Maltez \u00een Rom\u00e2nia combin\u0103 asisten\u021ba direct\u0103 acordat\u0103 victimelor cu activit\u0103\u021bi structurate de prevenire la nivel comunitar.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Prin componenta de interven\u021bie<\/mark><\/strong>, programul ofer\u0103 sprijin de urgen\u021b\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i pe termen lung<\/strong> victimelor traficului de persoane, incluz\u00e2nd hran\u0103, ad\u0103post, \u00eembr\u0103c\u0103minte, asisten\u021b\u0103 psiho-social\u0103 \u0219i medical\u0103, \u0219edin\u021be s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nale de consiliere social\u0103, sprijin juridic pentru ob\u021binerea documentelor de identitate \u0219i mediere \u00eentre victime \u0219i institu\u021biile publice. Asisten\u021ba este asigurat\u0103 de o echip\u0103 dedicat\u0103 de angaja\u021bi \u0219i voluntari, care ofer\u0103 sprijin individualizat \u0219i continuu.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Componenta de prevenire<\/mark><\/strong> vizeaz\u0103 cre\u0219terea gradului de con\u0219tientizare<\/strong> \u0219i consolidarea factorilor de protec\u021bie la nivelul comunit\u0103\u021bii. Sunt organizate sesiuni educa\u021bionale<\/strong> pentru elevi, p\u0103rin\u021bi, cadre didactice \u0219i personal, cu scopul de a spori \u00een\u021belegerea riscurilor asociate traficului de persoane, de a facilita identificarea timpurie a poten\u021bialelor victime \u0219i de a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi mecanismele de referire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prin integrarea interven\u021biei directe cu prevenirea sus\u021binut\u0103, programul r\u0103spunde at\u00e2t nevoilor imediate ale victimelor, c\u00e2t \u0219i vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bilor structurale care favorizeaz\u0103 fenomenul traficului de persoane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[EN] The Prevention and Intervention against Human Trafficking Programme<\/strong> of the Order of Malta Relief Organisation in Romania combines direct victim assistance with structured prevention activities at community level.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the intervention side<\/mark><\/strong>, the programme provides emergency<\/strong> and long-term support<\/strong> to victims of human trafficking, including food, shelter, clothing, psycho-social and medical assistance, weekly social counselling sessions, legal support for obtaining identity documents, and mediation between victims and public institutions. Assistance is delivered by a dedicated team of employees and volunteers, ensuring continuous and individualized support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prevention component<\/mark><\/strong> focuses on raising awareness<\/strong> and strengthening protective factors within communities. Educational sessions<\/strong> are conducted for pupils, parents, teachers, and staff members in order to increase understanding of trafficking risks and early warning signs, and to improve the capacity for identification and referral of potential victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By integrating direct intervention with sustained prevention efforts, the programme addresses both the immediate needs of victims and the structural vulnerabilities that enable human trafficking.<\/p>\n\n\n
